SYNC WITH TRAINING PEAKS™
We will send you a short athlete survey so we can understand your goals in more detail and you can set up your free TrainingPeaks™ account. Here you can access our program, including personalized training zones, and real-time progress tracking compatible with all major devices.
TEST, TRAIN, & TRANSFORM
We will kick things off with Baseline Testing in weeks 1 & 2 to assess your current fitness level. From there it is time to start getting stuck into your sessions and start maximising your potential. You will have access to our community platform for additional support along the way (app launching soon)
COACH MAX
WHO ARE WE?
Max is a 6ft 2 and 96kg hybrid athlete juggling a 9-5 profession, triathlon, body building, and starting a business. Max’s ambition as head coach is to help others achieve the balanced lifestyle he lives. Max is a sub 10hr IRONMAN and sub 3hr Marathon runner and wants to become the first person in the world to do a sub 9hr IRONMAN @ 200lb.
COACH BEN
WHO ARE WE?
Nicknamed Hammy, Ben is a professional triathlete with aspirations to become the best in the world. Ben has been coaching for 5+ years across multiple disciplines and knows what it take to set his athletes up for success. Ben is currently ranked top 50 in the IRONMAN PRO SERIES and has a very exciting year of racing ahead
