SYNC WITH TRAINING PEAKS™
We will send you a short athlete survey so we can understand your goals in more detail and you can set up your free TrainingPeaks™ account. Here you can access our program, including personalized training zones, and real-time progress tracking compatible with all major devices.

TEST, TRAIN, & TRANSFORM
We will kick things off with Baseline Testing in weeks 1 & 2 to assess your current fitness level. From there it is time to start getting stuck into your sessions and start maximising your potential. You will have access to our community platform for additional support along the way (app launching soon)
