We use TrainingPeaks™ to track your workouts, training zones, and performance metrics. We do an initial testing phase in week 1-2 and reassess every 8-10 weeks before we do final testing a few weeks out from race day!
Yes. Most of our athletes have demanding jobs and our coaching is designed to work with your life, not against it. We’ll build your program around your availability, habits, and weekly routine to achieve maximum performance on and off the field.
Yes, and I’ll set you up with a free account as part of the onboarding process. This is where you’ll view your plan, log workouts, and track progress.
Yessir! I’ll guide you through fuelling for training, race prep, recovery, and everyday performance. I don’t prescribe strict meal plans or count calories, but you’ll get simple, effective strategies that work in the real world that I use on a daily basis
