Our strength workouts used for injury prevention assume that you will have access to a gym. If you don't have access to a gym you can let us know if the survey questions once you have purchased the plan, we can adjust your program to suit.
An initial testing week is done to asses your baseline fitness level. This ensures that every workout in the program is tailored to your unique fitness level. As your fitness improves throughout the program the workouts will automatically update to match your new heart rate zones, pacing, power, etc
All programs are structured around a typical 9-5 job. If you need to reorganise workouts you can do this by upgrading to a Premium Training Peaks Account for a few dollars per week.
A Beginner triathlete would be completing this race distance for the first time. The key difference between our Beginner vs Intermediate Programs are more technical workouts and higher volume of training. We can swap the program after purchase if it doesn't align with your ability

Our programs are designed to be self-guided. That said, you will also have access to our FAQs, and a fortnightly Q&A, and community platform.
Our 1:1 Coaching is more personal and includes weekly 1:1 check-ins offering our athletes the highest level of support and guidance.
