We undergo strength and fitness testing in both weeks 1 & 8. We use TrainingPeaks™ to track your workouts, training zones, and performance metrics. At the end of the 8 weeks you will see an improvement across both strength and cardio performance

You can but this might not be the optimal training split. We would need to understand more about your race and your goals first, and then likely onboard you as a 1:1 athlete to achieve the best result for you.

You will need access to a gym, have a heart rate monitor, and a good pair of running shoes. Thats it!
